Per Scholas graduates have achieved a unique feat that should be applauded, supported, and continued. At Per Scholas, we do that by growing our alumni community and considering the unlocked potential of each of our graduates.
Real-Life Advice Mentorship (R.A.M), is a program that provides experienced Alumni an opportunity to share their successes, obstacles, and technical skills with other Alumni and Learners, in the hopes that all Per Scholas participants feel supported and equipped to succeed.
Alumni can serve as two types of Ambassadors. A champion to our Learners and Alumni, the Engagement Specialist. They go into the classrooms and talk directly with Per Scholians to share their story and be sure all Alumni and future Alum know what to expect upon graduation. Then, there is the champion for the Per Scholas brand and experience, the Brand Ambassador. This Ambassador will focus many of its efforts on external partnerships and storytelling. They may also share social media content on the evolution of the IT field and ways to get and stay connected.

We are looking for a volunteer that is a committed, relationship-builder to provide empowerment, encouragement and real world advice to Per Scholas Alumni. This individual will have real IT experience to help navigate the Alumni through their job search process.

The Brand Ambassador represents Per Scholas brand in a positive light and by doing so increases brand awareness through a series of social media, community & partner engagements. It will be necessary for the ambassador to establish or maintain relationships with representatives of the community, employees, or public interest groups.

We are looking for a dedicated volunteer that has a firm grasp on the technical concepts of the AWS Associate Level Certification, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, CISCO IT Essentials, CISCO Network Essentials, CompTIA A+, CompTIA CySA+, CompTIA IT Fundamentals, CompTIA Linux+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, Google IT Support Professional Certificate, or
Salesforce Administrator Certification. This will be for Learners during their immersive experience and or Alumni participating in Upskilling.
