Volunteer Captain

Per Scholas is seeking enthusiastic and committed Volunteer Captains to inspire, check in on, and connect with other alumni volunteers. Volunteer Captains will join the Volunteers’ General Assembly meetings and share mission moments, highlight accomplishments, and gain feedback from their area of volunteerism.

Responsibilities Include:

• Inspiring and motivating fellow volunteers
• Leading and supporting volunteer initiatives
• Attending and actively participating in Volunteers’ General Assembly meetings
• Sharing mission moments and gathering feedback from volunteers
• Collaborating with the Alumni Engagement Team to enhance the overall volunteer experience

Ideal Candidate:

• Passionate about Per Scholas and its mission
• Possesses strong leadership and motivational skills
• A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Slack, Google Suite, and LinkedIn

Time Commitment: 6-month term
