Per Scholas graduates have achieved a unique feat that should be applauded, supported, and continued. At Per Scholas, we do that by growing our alumni community and considering the unlocked potential of each of our graduates.
The Alumni Volunteer Program was founded in 2023, when a group of Alum, known as the Alumni Innovation Group (AI), from various campuses got together and brainstormed how to meet the needs of those graduating from Per Scholas. They thought about what they needed when they were learners and what they wanted to give, once they graduated.
As a result, all of our Alumni can give back to other Per Scholas learners and Alumni through a dynamic loop of offerings! Become a Tutor, mentor recent graduates, lead workshops or events for current Alumni, champion the Per Scholas mission through outreach, and more! There is also a quarterly Volunteer General Assembly open to all to learn more about the volunteer program, network and offer support to active volunteers.
Are you an avid volunteer at your local campus? You may be eligible to sit on the Strategic Alumni Alliance which will offer guidance to all Per Scholas campuses on volunteer needs, best practices and strategies?

The Brand Ambassador represents Per Scholas brand in a positive light and by doing so increases brand awareness through a series of social media, community & partner engagements. It will be necessary for the ambassador to establish or maintain relationships with representatives of the community, employees, or public interest groups.

The success of Per Scholas learners and alumni learners is crucial for the advancement and improvement of the IT field and Per Scholas as a company. We are looking for a volunteer that is a committed, relationship-builder to provide empowerment, encouragement and real world advice to Per Scholas Alumni. This individual will have real IT experience to help navigate the Alumni through their job search process.

Help lead engaging discussions among your peers at the Alumni Roundtable event. You’ll select a topic, facilitate conversation, and encourage knowledge-sharing.

Help ensure our virtual events run smoothly by assisting with troubleshooting, managing breakout rooms, and supporting speakers with tech needs.
