Engagement Specialist

Time commitment

• 10-15 hours per month

What you’ll do:

• Engage with 300+ learners through a series of events i.e course kick-off, alumni info sessions mock interviews & graduations.
• Collaborate with the National Alumni Engagement Team to create motivational communications to be shared with active learners and alumni learners during training
• Maintain courteous and professional relationships with learners, alumni, staff & stakeholders. 
• Collaborate with National Alumni Engagement team to co-host virtual alumni event

Required Experience:

• Graduated in good standing with a 70% GPA or higher
• Proficient time management and communication skills
• Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Completion of an Alumni Program (asynchronous or Instructor -Led)
• Technical work experience
• Experience public speaking/presenting to large groups
