This course is designed for individuals who want to pursue a career in artificial intelligence and cloud computing using Microsoft Azure. After successful completion, graduates will be well-prepared to leverage AI and improve efficiencies in their current roles while also having set the groundwork should they wish to pursue intermediate and advanced courses in the field of Artificial Intelligence.

Embark on this 10-week course to learn the fundamentals of cloud computing on Azure with an emphasis on AI on Azure and its core services, including machine learning, computer vision, natural language processing, and generative AI. This intermediate course is designed for aspiring AI professionals, software developers, data analysts, and IT professionals eager to harness the power of Azure AI. Instructional methods include lectures, Hands on labs, discussions, and guided practice exams. As part of the course, learners will prepare and test for the Azure AI Fundamentals (AI-900) certification. Upon successful course completion, graduates will be well-prepared to leverage AI and improve efficiencies in their current roles while also having set the groundwork should they wish to pursue intermediate and advanced courses in Artificial Intelligence.
Upon successful completion of all course requirements, learners will
- Describe the foundational concepts of cloud computing and the core architectural components of Microsoft Azure, including its compute, storage, and networking services.
- Explain the functionalities of Azure AI services, including machine learning, computer vision, and natural language processing, and how they address real-world problems.
- Identify the key features of Azure AI tools, such as Automated Machine Learning, document intelligence, and Azure AI Search, to understand their applications in intelligent solutions.
- Discuss the principles and practices of responsible AI, including ethical considerations, risk mitigation, and responsible deployment of generative AI solutions.
- Summarize the critical knowledge required for the Azure AI Fundamentals certification exam, including AI concepts, Azure tools, and practical use cases.
