AI Prompt Engineering- UCI 3025

This program is designed for individuals with AI technology experience who aspire to become AI Prompt Engineers.  After successful completion, graduates can jumpstart their careers as AI Prompt Engineers, AI Content Quality Analysts, or AI Prompt Compliance Specialists.  

Learners should have a strong interest in technology and a willingness to learn and apply analytical, creative, and conversational techniques. Learners should also be familiar with common writing and grammar conventions and have strong writing and communication skills.

What you’ll learn:

• Apply key concepts in AI prompt engineering and NLP.
• Implement LangChain for multi-step AI prompting and workflow optimization.
• Develop and evaluate high-quality AI prompts for various applications.
• Identify ethical considerations and fairness in AI prompt engineering.
• Utilize different LLMs and AI tools to enhance prompt engineering tasks.

This course has required prework:

• Google AI Fundamentals
• Python Programming Basics

Prework will be assigned after you accept your seat in the class
